Still is a video installation consisting of two looping projections, digitalized from 8mm in color and 16mm in black and white, exploring the tension between interior and exterior, movement and stillness, dream and reality.

In the color projection, a woman runs through tall grass: seemingly free, her repeated movement becomes a form of imprisonment, revealing invisible constraints linked to gender codes, as well as traces of the unconscious, desires, and inner tensions.

In the black-and-white projection, the woman is still in a room, observing walls, curtains, and a clock: every minimal gesture crystallizes the internalization of social roles and norms, while the domestic space reflects subtle psychological tensions and dreams.

The dialogue between the two loops illuminates the complexity of the female condition: apparent freedom and real constraint, visibility and interiority, movement and stillness intertwine in a poetic and sensory experience. Still thus becomes a space for reflection, resistance, and dreaming.
